    The hotel and room was clean, calm with a pleasant smell.

    The experience was quite disappointing despite my efforts to was good. We hardly received the luxury touches we anticipated, especially from a junior suite. The lack of basics like milk and water really added to the letdown, and the room layout felt awkward with tiny duvets on a double bed.

    The breakfast was sumptuous and provided with tea or coffee and made bread, as for instance. The room was comfortable quiet with a view on the river', the bed was lovely.

    The breakfast was ok. It could have been a bit richer. The bed was very comfortable and the location was very good. Road traffic was hardly heard.

    But the room is only for couples, who have been together for a long time, as you have no real door in the bathroom, or a glass swinging door, which is not complete and is not right. , The staff was rather restrained.

    The cleanliness was shocking, stains everywhere, like the maid couldn't even be bothered. Waking up to huge groups of girls in jammies at midnight was such a treat. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but i guess that's too much to ask for here. A disappointing experience overall, i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

    perfect base for exploring prague's charm and cafes

    We stayed for 3 days, and everything was accessible from the hotel, including the beautiful charles bridge which is less than 2 km away and many cozy restaurants like fitfoodie just a few steps away that serve delicious meals. The room we had was clean, comfortable, and the handy device provided helped us navigate the city easily.
